They didn't bring a vacuum or any way to cover my furniture, not was I advised to prepare for dust. I used my own vacuum and lent it to the installer. MC failed to consult me on wall moulding, and the installer left me with a mess. The walls and used moulding had to be completely repainted costing me another $2000. I complained to MC about squeaks in the stairs and missing caulking. They sent the installer back out, and he said he was going to buy some caulking, and I never saw him again. All in all I wish I would have gone with the bid from Lowe's."
