"Would like to see better communication. Told me that they would be there the next day to finish job, but did not come on day stated. They came the day after and finished. It would have been entirely ok with me if they hadn't come on the next day, as it was supposed to rain, but they never communicated that they weren't coming and I think that they should have at least called. "Barry and his team were great to work with to refinish our deck, very knowledgeable about the staining process, and does quick but very thorough work. We had them powerwash the deck, cedar beams and shutters of the house and then sand and stain. The different finish on the railings and spindles really stand out, very happy with how it turned out.
