"We contacted Draper fence for a quote on a privacy fence in mid-November in hopes of having something by the spring. They responded promptly and arranged for a visit and an estimate after Thanksgiving. Britt walked us through several options and answered all of our questions. He then sent us quotes on different styles of 6 foot cedar privacy fences. Once we decided to go with Draper, they booked us an install on or around 1/14/21 (with a 4 week weather buffer communicated - it is winter.) They actually were able to start work on 1/13 and completed the fence on 1/14. John, the crew lead on site, was professional and knowledgeable. He offered solutions to some challenges that we are happy with and he answered all of our questions. They removed the ratty, old chain link and installed a 6 foot, board-on-board cedar privacy fence (around 270 linear feet). The neighbors are very complementary of the work, and it's completed well ahead of when we had hoped"

We were also getting siding done the house and they had to work around that. They came in and knocked it out of the park!!!! Like 200 feet of privacy fence installed in a matter of a few days!! "Lots of delays getting started and lots of excuses. Some issues came up after installation and it was impossible to get a return phone call for months on end with many more personal excuses. There are places where the fence is nearly 6" off the ground which would be a huge problem if we had a small dog. The gates look very rustic and cheap. We received a 2% discount at the end but that won't come close to actually fixing the issues. Would not recommend to my neighbors."

"We contacted Chuck to remove a brick patio that had problems and replace it with a Trex deck plus benches. The cost of the deck included removing a large stump in the way of expanding the deck and also we had two large yew bushes removed. The size of the deck is 485 square feet and used Trex Transcend decking. They added two sets of stairs off the deck to the backyard.
