"In Depth Excavation was amazing to work with. Dillon gave us an estimate that was better than others who were offering less. He scheduled dates for us and arrived on time as scheduled. He removed all of the invasive plants, along with as many roots as he was able to pull up. He hauled away trash that was hidden within the plants, and he leveled the ground out nicely. He was able to arrange for last-minute help with tree removal when another contractor was not working safely. We have another project coming up, and Dillon will be our guy!"

"They almost finished but I made the mistake of paying when they were almost done. They didn't show up to remove the last of the plywood forms for the retaining wall. I called at least 4 times and requested that Nelson, the owner of the Co. to send someone to complete the job. He told me 4 times ok and gave me a day when they would come to do that. All 4 times no one showed up. And no one called to say they wouldn't be there. I feel that Nelson was playing with me but do not understand why? I paid in full. $12,000 + tax. Also, he requested I make the check out to his name. I don't know if that is legal to do or not. But I did it."

"I?m not sure if I caught this pro at a bad time or not, but he was initially very quick to respond and promising and had great reviews . He had the best price on the project of the quotes I had received at that time. I accepted the job. He said he would he done with my project in one day, one day turned to over two weeks. He claimed his whole team had illnesses on multiple days, couldn?t come during rain, and holidays or other things came up. At the end of the day the project looks good, but wasn?t exactly what I asked for. There was lack of communication for each day when it would be completed or if it was even done, and I had to reach out myself for clarification. Despite the lack of clarification , he was quick to ask for a deposit and full payment. After I asked for what wasn?t done right to be fixed, he said he would come back to finish up and never showed up again. Again, I?m not sure if I caught him at a bad time, but it wasn?t the best experience."
