Get matched with top deck or porch repairers in Summerfield, IL

"Breaking up old 5" thick concrete slabs, hauling them away, site prep of compacting with new rock, steel matting and pouring was all done in a very timely manner. The job was done on-schedule and at the previously agreed price. We highly recommend Mark and his team."

"I could not be happier with the final product! The first pic is the old bathroom from the 60s when the house was built. The rest are the final rebuild and it looks great. I would highly recommend VMK Remodeling for any project that you might have. I am also going to get a bid on redoing the deck on the back of the house as Vince's company does decks as well! Thanks to his great crew as well, great people to work with."

He is incredibly skilled, professional, trustworthy, and takes pride in his work. Most importantly, he does the job right the first time! I’ve personally had Jacob do several projects for me, including a custom pantry, custom closet, toilet repair, TV installation, new baseboards, new flooring in my laundry room, and a custom bathroom cabinet drawer. Every project turned out great, and the attention to detail really stands out. It’s not easy to find someone who can do so many different things and actually does them well. "I am writing as the board president of Providence Gardens Condominiums in St. Louis. We entered into a contract with Chesterfield Fence and Deck (CF&D) in 2018 to remove and replace 38 decks and to update two others. We are very pleased with CF&D's work quality, professionalism and communication. The decks are strong, look terrific and will virtually eliminate the maintenance our prior wood decks required. While we did experience a few issues over the course of the project, CF&D resolved them properly, professionally and in a timely manner. CF&D really continually strived to please us. Many thanks to Ron Clayton (Sales), Dan Riffee (Production) and Melissa Gowen (Production)."

"Very well. Chris called almost immediately and showed up right in time. After powerwgashing the deck he advised that three might be some issues matching the tint of our original sealant. After we were able to locate the brand and color he returned again right on schedule and applied the new product. Overall it looks good although there is some splotchiness where the product seems to have been applied unevenly. Nevertheless it was a good job. He also worked in patching of some holes in our wood siding caused by woodpeckers. Those repairs were done well."
