"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! "It worked out well. I haven't gone up there to check the gutters myself. But they had a crew out, they worked. I think they did a good job. They came out the day after I purchased the Big Deal. I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. The young guys who did the work were really very professional. The job they did was good."

"Jeff Arellano responded in short time to initial request for evaluation and quote. The very polite crew showed up early and completed the job in the time expected. From the beginning of the process the steps to be taken to complete the job were clearly explained and the end result was perfect. The chimney that had brick and mortar cracks now looks perfect, a work of art by artist Jeff Arellano. All debris was cleaned up and the area swept left cleaner than before the job. A very positive experience.

"Gil is a pleasure to work with. After my initial contact he came by as scheduled to review the job site and meet with me. Work was scheduled that same week and completed in 3 work days. Gil’s crew was skilled and efficient. Gil did note that I had some drainage issues and recommended the addition of drains to the concrete project. His price for the drain was competitive and would insure that my side yard drainage issues that occurred during heavy rains are remedied. Gil and his crew poured/finished a beautiful new walkway. They also did an excellent clean up when finished. I highly recommend GM Pacific Pro (Gil) and plan to use his excellent skills in the future for more projects."

"It went great. It was a big deal purchase and it did cost me more than the big deal purchase. It was like a deal for four hours for $100 so they did almost half of everything and then they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing up. I think they were a little ill-prepared for how much work that needed to be done. There were just holes everywhere because of the electrical. They re-patched all of the dry wall holes and matched the plaster to the wall. I think they were ill-prepared for that but because of that they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing it so I was pretty happy about that. The price was great. Everything was great. The guy was a little late."
