"They were the only ones I could find who could build the corner appliance garage door. I went through four different people, including the original cabinet guy, general contractor and two other handymen. They found the parts that needed to be ordered, matched the paint and custom built the door. The only room for improvement is that they lost track of my project for a month or so - I believe it was because someone left the company and no one realized this job was incomplete (hence 3 star on customer service). "The first thing I conveyed to Mr. Abraham -I have been waiting for 18 yrs to do this project I want 95% satisfaction, he assured me I would be happy. Drywall installation not the problem the finishing and detail work (mudding) is where I have issues, I am having to spackle and sand multiple (a lot) of areas on every wall. Agreed to let Mr. Abraham paint the ceiling and walls with a sprayer, he used a roller, did not wipe the dust off before painting have drywall dust painted into the walls. The paint has imperfections and drips. He did come out a second time to fix the imperfections because e of this I will have to repaint the entire room and ceiling again myself costing me more money, but cannot repaint until I finish spackling and sanding the troubled areas. Overall I would say my satisfaction level is 75%."
