"Aldo (Priority Wood Flooring) and his team did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish on sanding and staining ~2000 sq. ft. across 3 floors of our new home. A few highlights: Aldo was the only person who correctly identified the hardwood in our bedrooms as very good quality maple...which 3 other companies told us was engineered and needed to be ripped out/replaced. That alone saved us countless thousands of dollars that would have been wasted if we had believed the other contractors, but beyond that, Aldo's pricing was very competitive. From here, Aldo helped us feel comfortable with our choice of stain color, accommodated an emergency schedule change after my painter changes schedules on us, successfully stained red oak and maple floors to perfection, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Aldo himself was on the job each day and kept us updated throughout the project. We couldn't be happier with the end result. This was one of the smoothest home renovations projects I've ever been though after owning 3 homes. I would recommend Aldo and his team to absolutely anyone looking for refinishing their hardwood floors."

"Alberto is a hard worker, honest and friendly. He was honest about how our floor will look after refinishing. He gave us choices regarding the finishes and how it will look. Honest about the pros and cons of using oil versus water base finishes. Our floors were old, a little buckled and yellow/orange. He made them look brand new and smooth. Took the old yellow oil base finish away. Brightened up the entire first floor and made the wood grain and natural color appear again. We are very happy with his work and would recommend him to everyone."

"We pulled old carpeting up and had issues with the old floor beneath. They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. We literally had no dust to speak of afterward. Great guys - we recommend them wholeheartedly!"

"Domenick is a professional craftsman. He kept to a tight schedule, always showed up on time and did a great job. He gave us creative ideas that would work in our space. Domenick and his team were pleasant to work with. From the moment they entered our home they worked a full day and showed up everyday. Domenick enjoys and takes pride in his work. We are extremely pleased with the final result. Our basement bathroom was transformed into an oasis with a spa feel. The main area in the basement and hallway leading to the basement was also transformed into a warm, welcoming living space. The work he performed in 3 weeks was: Build a new shower/tile with a design/create a shower bench/install shower panel/tile behind the vanity with the design trim/install the vanity/move plumbing, gas and electrical for the shower and vanity with light fixture/tile the floor/install a stackable washer and dryer/build out a wall to divide the storage area and heat unit/install a sliding barn door/paint the bathroom, main room and hallway up to the kitchen door/ installed 3 windows, an air conditioner and installed recessed lighting in the bathroom/installed interlocking vinyl flooring in the storage area, main room and stairs (repaired two broken stairs and lots of extras, e.g. installed a lighting fixture in the hallway by the stair landing, a make up/shaving mirror in the bathroom, installed window treatments and assembled a 70 inch TV storage cabinet). We have booked him for future projects. We highly recommend Domenick and his team."

"I purchased a multifamily house with 2 stories. The 2nd floor had 1 inch original hardwood from 1920 that laid on the floor joists so you could hear every footstep downstairs and my tenants almost moved out. I hired Cesar to take on a tedious and technical ceiling soundproofing technique for the apartment using RSCI rubber clips, hat channels, insulation, and making the 1st floor airtight. I was so impressed with how he was able to juggle handling my tenant for 2 weeks, compensating for delayed shipping by driving 3 hours to New York and picking up the materials himself to make sure we meet the deadline, redoing 1 entire room at his loss and not charging me for it because the original technique we tried did not work, and listening and working with me to make sure we didn't miss any details that would cause sound transfer (and this was impressive because I am very detail oriented). My tenants moved in and were very impressed by the finished looked of the new ceilings and crown molding. We saw a sound improvement of about 15 STC in both airborne and impact noise. It cut down sound transfer by 2/3 in the 1st floor apartment. I will be adding rubber underlayment upstairs underneath the new flooring to completely block out the rest of the impact noise that transfers from the floor above to the walls downstairs that support it! I'll be calling Cesar and his crew again."
