"I complained twice and they had to come back out twice because they didn't apply the insulation as thick as I paid for. I assume because they were angry about coming back out they covered up two of my vents so I can't attach the pipes to them. I can't even find the ends. I will need to dig the expensive foam out to find them."

Didn?t prep the floor correctly, lots of uneven colors, left clear coat spatter on the walls and footprints on the driveway, didn?t leave a smooth surface on the edges of the floor going up the wall, put to much clear coat in some areas ( very slippery), uneven clear coat ( looks funny) didn?t tape the trim which is covered in flakes, lets a lot of flakes everywhere. He was supposed to come and fix it but no-showed me twice. The name of this company should be changed from ??..Quality Epoxy? to ? ??.I?m Still Learning Epoxy?"
