"Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. "Michael and crew were great! Freitag construction was brought in as a sub-contractor to face a garden wall, when we were having our pool re-surfaced. I was so impressed with the crew's work that I asked Michael to bid on finishing a courtyard and a pool change area. Of three quotes that I received, Michael was competitively priced, comprehensive and clear where the cost was allocated and where extras might lie. Michael had a sub-contractor come in to do carpentry while his own crew completed stone work. All crew were professional and skilled. I've dealt with many contractors; Michael was excellent in only requesting payment commensurate with work completed. His crew was efficient, the entire project was completed ahead of schedule - Michael will under-promise and over-deliver. <br /> We are thrilled with the work completed. We are enjoying our courtyard and "Frietag" fireplace. We could not be happier with the results."

"This years rain brought a very bad weed and brush problem at my property (@4,000sf of hillside planters). Weeds were 4 -5 feet high in some areas and almost every inch of my property was covered. The previous company i used was OK, but i did not really like the owner who seemed a little "off" and would just pull a number quickly out of his head before he even discussed the scope of work. I had been looking at landscape reviews for some time...all had some negative reviews along with positive. I finally decided to give C. Perez a try (least concerning negatives and a lot of positives). I reached out to Cipriano who was on time (actually early) for the consultation. He thoughtfully looked at the scope of work, and actually gave it some thought before blurting out a figure. We discussed the options of hand pulling vs. weed whacker and which locations would be best for each method. He gave me a price that I thought was fair. Cipriano texted me to confirm the night before, and the crew (i think there were four total) showed up on time and got to work immediately. They actually completed the work in less time than they had originally estimated, but they did not cut any corners. They did the job almost entirely by hand with only one small area using the whacker. They removed a few dead shrubs for me, clipped a few tree branches and cleaned up corners I had not pointed out to them...they even pulled some weeds between the driveway stones and on my deck. I could not believe how thorough they were and how neat and clean everything was left. I wish I had taken before and after photos but sadly I did not. I would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for a hardworking, sincere company owner that seems to genuinely want to do the best job he can for his clients."

"Pacific Outdoor Living were top notch from start to finish. The job was relatively small (40' pathway), but required demo and removal of existing concrete up 2 flights stairs). The sales team was responsive, and at first we thought the cost of the job seemed expensive. We went with Pacific as the sales team/bidding process was very professional, informative and engendered trust that they would deliver. Following acceptance of the bid, there was some difficulty getting the job scheduled, but once the job was initiated - it went very smoothly, and quickly. We could not be more pleased with the results. We had questions and concerns during the job, that were quickly responded to. The crews were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the job. We will make only one call next time we have a paving stone need!"
