"This is the second time we’ve used the services of Montero’s Hardwood Flooring. Javier and his crew earlier this year repaired a section of our original hardwood floors that were missing after we remove a pony wall in our home’s living room. They refinished the floors in our living room and the repairs were done so well you cannot tell the original floor boards from the repairs. We were so pleased that we used their services again to refinish the floors in 3 bedrooms. Again some boards were severely damaged and needed replacing and again the repairs were seemless and the floors looked fantastic. As well as the floors looking amazing Javier and his crew showed up on time & completed the work quickly and professionally. ? "Juan and his crew were amazing from start to finish. I originally had them come out to instal hardwood floor but also needed a shower that had been demoed already tiled, Juan and his crew got that done as well. When we had a couple of minor details that needed attention after the job was complete Juan had his guys come back without question and take care of it. I am very particular and I would highly recommend and use Juan again without question."

"We had our 100 year old oak wood floors refinished which hadn't been done for 25 years or so. Very professional, clean, did an amazing job, on time, easy to work with. The workers had to come back a second time to put another coat of (sealer?) on top because we noticed it was scratching very easily, but after they did that, we haven't had a problem. They also came back a third time to replace all of our molding (cut and stained it) which they didn't do the first time (and unfortunately wasn't part of the bid), but we were ok with that. The price was reasonable."

"Beau and his crew installed a new prefinished wood floor in my dining room, entry way, living room and family room. In a few short years, the floor is scratched, dented and floor boards are loose. We have contacted them more times than I can count. Most of the time there is never a call back or when an appointment is set a no show. This is not the way a business should be run. I would think twice about hiring them. I know I am in the minority, but truth is truth. UPDATE: Beau contacted us and his crew came out promptly completing all necessary repairs."

"Victor Jimenez and his company Dynamic Hardwood Flooring are first-rate! I called them to install sheet linoleum in a bathroom, and he showed me that wood-patterned vinyl boards are a much better product at no extra cost. The installation was done on schedule, in 4~5 hours, and it looks beautiful! They did all the cutting outdoors to keep our house free of dust, and cleaned up everything afterward. Finally, I was very happy with their modest bid, and there were never any suggestions that it should change. Victor has the experience (20 years) and skill to get the job done both quickly and well."

"I expected the baseboards to be removed for the install of the floors and then reinstalled. I was never told that the baseboard would not be removed... which means that the wood was only installed short of the baseboards, and now, I will always have to have a base shoe. This is not a design element that I want to be forced to live with. We went back and forth about how unhappy I was with being pigeonholed to this decision... and things got quite contentious at times. But all in all, the wood floors themselves look good."
