"Acoma's team was on site as promised. The tear down was very quick and orderly. They surrounded my property with tarps to catch debris and protected my air conditioning unit and adjacent properties. The team worked quickly to clear the roof down to the wood and prepped the platform for the next day's shingle installation. By the end of the day, the property was cleared of any debris. We could not find any evidence of their work except for the visible condition of the roof. All debris, nails, etc. were picked up and cleared from the property.
Shingle installation was very quick. The team came the next morning with their full compliment of roofing and ground crew. They had the shingles and ridge vents installed in a few hours, and the roof looked really amazing. The entire job was completed quickly and professionally. The workers were all very kind and helpful. Acoma exceeded my expectations, and I was very glad to have them complete the work.

"From start to finish, Larry Miller Inc. was a pleasure to work with. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations to get this work done. Larry, Franco and Frank Miller's work ethic was exceptional. They made sure to inspect the damage thoroughly and provide options to consider in their estimate. They also offered me a military discount as I am a disable veteran. Very nice people! The actual work was done by Curtis, who was very friendly and explained the work he was doing. He paid attention to every detail. He thoroughly pressure washed the roof before starting. There was wood rot from water that had gotten under the shingles because of improperly installed gutter guards. The wood was replaced, a new covering was installed and then everything was sealed. This took several days to get everything done right. He took photos along the way to show me how the work was progressing and then at the end so I could see the finished work, since I cannot get up on ladders. He even fixed an area of the roof that could have potential leaking from a pitch pan and a hole where an old TV antenna had been removed so that they would not cause water damage, even though this was not work that was planned nor included in the final price. I highly recommend this team of professionals. I will definitely call this company when I need to replace my main roof."

"We couldn't have had a better experience. Westchase Roofing wasn't our cheapest estimate nor were they the most expensive, but I can't imagine getting any better service by paying 5 or $6000 more as some estimates were. There were no hidden or surprise costs in their estimate. Any bad or rotten decking or fascia boards that needed to be replaced (seen or unseen) was already included in their estimate and they replaced a lot more wood than we were expecting. Other companies estimates only included replacing a minimal amount of wood and anything more would be added to their original estimate. Our final cost was exactly what was written on the estimate. They require no down payment. Bill is paid when the job is finished. When our salesman showed up for the initial meeting, he already had aerial views and a diagram of our house, shingle samples, roofing system information, etc. He was very informative and prepared and before he left we had our estimate. They called 4 or 5 days in advance to let us know when the work was to begin and again on the scheduled work day to let us know they were on the way. It took 3 1/2 days to do our house and they showed up on time everyday and gave us a full days work. When the job was completed, they spent a lot of time cleaning up any construction debris and nails that were left on the ground. Even the owner came on the final day to inspect the work. We feel Westchase Roofing did an outstanding job and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofing company."
