He came out to inspect my flat roof and took the time to thoroughly explain its condition. He mentioned that my roof was very flat and would need to be hot mopped—a service he doesn’t offer. What stood out most was his honesty. He explained that a torch-down roof, which other companies were pushing, wouldn’t last and would likely start leaking in just a few years.
