"I got a rough quote over the phone after checking to make sure that the company covered my area.  We agreed on a date and time for the service.  ABL showed up on time and we did a walk through of the work that needed to be performed. <br /> <br /> Because I was moving out of the house and we decided not to have it rented, the amount of work I wanted done was less then what we had discussed on the phone.  The owner didn't seem very happy about this because he felt it was a long way to drive, but he had originally agreed that he serviced the area I lived in. <br /> <br /> He was fair in his recommendations and even told me that I shouldn't have the shower cleaned (another service which he performs) because it wasn't in that bad of a shape.  This won back a lot of credibility with me after his "to far to drive for this much work" comment. <br /> <br /> We finally agreed on the scope of work and parts of the house to have the carpets cleaned.  At the end of the day, the total came out to be the same as he quoted me on the phone, but with a different scope of work. <br /> <br /> The overall job was done very well and the carpets looked great when they were done. "

"Great. Got hold of Eric Torres just when he was to start another job at around 8:30 PM. He told me he was about to start a job, and that if he were to work after 10:00 PM it would cost double time. I agreed to that and he arrived at about 9:30. Before 10:00 he was finished and the clog was removed. Eric was professional and courteous.
