We had an emergency fencing situation in January (my mother could no longer walk her dog and needed to fence in the backyard)...not a great time to need a fence in Ohio! The Fence Guy was one of the few companies that install through the winter as weather allows. Keith came out right away, earned the trust of both of my parents, stayed in constant communication with me and put in a fence as soon as could possibly be done. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "I like the fact that Fence Specialists returned my call when I first placed the call, they did come out and gave me an estimate. When they did book the job, they came out and got the work done in a very timely manner. we were held up to some extent by rains, they couldn't install the fence when it was bad weather. They did a very good job. I had neighbors who had kids that was toring the fence down on purpose and after they put the new fence up, the kids came out and took it down again but they back and repaired it, I thought that was great. I would recommend them to others."

"I have used this company for almost 2 years and they are superb! Responsive, helpful, informative and always there when I need them. I have the invisible fences around the entire parameter of my home and not once has my dog gotten out. He is not afraid but merely stays where he is supposed to?..and he one rowdy Boxer pup! These dogs are so used to this process that my 13 year old dog tried it out and one ?beep? and she was still trained from years ago. "I recently had Archadeck out for a quote on the repair to our patio pavers. We have an approximately 20 by a 20-foot deck that had started to sag in several spots. The deck is approximately 12 years old. Technology and materials have changed substantially since our deck was originally built. It soon became apparent that the project was going to be much more involved than we anticipated. My wife and I are both in our sixties and looking to downsize shortly. Rather than leave immediately, he stayed, and we talked about workarounds (none of which involved his company) that might accomplish our goals given that we did not anticipate remaining in the house for longer than five years. He provided invaluable information and insight. He gave us ideas that might work for us - none of which involved his company. His product appeared to be a much more durable and longer lasting solution than our immediate needs. We are going to take his advice. My wife and I were impressed with his company, their product and the materials they used for the subflooring under the pavers. At this point, he had nothing to gain except for goodwill. We would contact Aaron and Archadeck again if we wanted to build a first class, longlasting deck. They would certainly be one of the candidates that we would explore."
