It started with Joe Carifa's spending a substantial amount of time with us trying to diagnose the cause of the leak in our master shower and then giving us thoughtful suggestions about who we could either fix the leak or ideas for a new shower. We ultimately had Carifa tear out the existing tile shower, tiled wall, and bathroom floor. Carifa installed a new porcelain-tile shower and porcelain-tile floor. Angelo, the installer, is a true craftsman. We are so pleased with the outcome. I also appreciate the work, and patience with all of my questions, of Joe, Ciera, and Angelo and his team. I am not easy to please, but they remained steadfast in their commitment to pleasing me and doing the job the right way. We definitely will use Carifa for our next bathroom project."

We did a whole house remodel.They were on time and discussed every detail with us and shared his advise if he felt I might be making the wrong choice which was very helpful. The wood look tile floor was a huge job and he worked around us so we could stay here till last minute. "Sales Jennifer was great during the sales process. But when there was an issue with the installation day there was almost no communication. I was getting LVP, tile, and carpet and set aside 3 days for them to complete the job. No one showed up the 1st day even though I called several times to verify my appointment and was assured each time I was still on the schedule. The next day after finally getting someone from the corporate office I had to reschedule to have the work done in over 2 days and I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. The installers were on time on the rescheduled days and did a good job. (I have found one area where they will need to come back and make LVP flush with the wall...waiting on a call from installation). There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. The corporate office was apologetic and did give me a discount on the work that was done. I don't think I will use them for future work."
