But I rested in Action's good reviews on HomeAdvisor and kept the appointment. I was so happy I did. Mike was fantastic. He was personable and extremely informative. He knows his AC and heat pumps really well. I look forward to having them back in a couple of weeks to clean my furnace and do some cleaning and troubleshooting on a Hearthstone gas fireplace. When one finds a company one can trust, well, stick with them and get what needs to be done, done. I am so happy to have done something so out of my nature, like trusting HomeAdvisor. "I was looking forward to having Jeff replace the broken heater. After confirming on Angie's June 30th, 2017 1pm to the replace water heater on July 5, 2017. Jeff never showed or called I even messaged Jeff on Angie's list that July 5 is good. Jeff had to make a stop before arriving to my house no problem. We agreed on 10am. I waited all day for a phone call. Nothing. Now he messaged me(wrong name he used) on Angie's July 6 to come Monday and he didn't get the replies in time to get there Wednesday but he messaged me @1:31pm half hour later June 30th to clear up some info I quested. So, between Friday afternoon to Tuesday night he didn't know I agreed to July 5. Hmmm"

Responsiveness, ease of scheduling, patience with my questions, timeliness of the installation, clean up, courtesy, and overall high quality work. They went above and beyond in all categories. Dan even came by two weeks after installation to make sure everything was working as expected. He was easy to work with, easy to schedule, and took care of scheduling/managing all the additional contractors needed for the job (Electrician, Chimney liner folks, oil removal folks). I'm really happy with the new boiler and how smoothly the whole process went. I highly recommend them."
