After engaging a number of suppliers and installers, from big chains to independent contractors, we picked Ko-Am. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."
