"Roots from a large tree had damaged a brick wall, a concrete pad, and the corner of a hangar. Pete surveyed the project and provided counsel on how to proceed. We chose to reconfigure the wall and save the tree. Pete's part of the project was to replace the brick wall. The wall is beautiful - better and stronger than the original. Pete is a consummate craftsman with a driving work ethic. We are happy to know him."

"They missed the start date due to a scheduling error on their part. They showed up the next week and destroyed our irrigation system while removing the existing driveway. There is a clause in the quote that states they aren't responsible for damage to irrigation. However, they said they would cut and cap any lines they found. They didn't do this and they ran over a main junction box and flow controls. Our yard guy said it would be a $2000 repair. At the end of the job, A1 presented us with additional charges they occurred and could care less about the damage to the irrigation system. No way I recommend them."
