He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) "We were very pleased and impressed with the service we all received. 5 houses ended up being treated, having lots of live oaks + a few bur oak and red oaks. I had sent a photo of leaves from the infected tree about 7:30 pm and got a call at 9:30 that night! Though Brennon was out of town, he offered to come by late the next day upon his return. So at 7 pm on a Friday night he walked our property and the one next door, closest to our infected tree, taking an inventory, and provided us with an estimate for treatment. His professionalism won us over. (I contacted 4 companies in total, all with certified arborists and oak wilt certification.) On Monday morning his crew arrived and began treating our trees. Our Community Association contacted him also, upon our recommendation, and he has developed a treatment plan for the common area property where the oak wilt obviously began. I will never use another tree company! Next time our trees need trimming, Full Canopy will definitely be the company I'll call!"

"Our Family initially reached out to JR Tree Services after the Nor'easter in March 2018. Right from the outset, the owner Jeff contacted us within 3 hours and left a message asking for us to contacted the office to set up an appointment to initial inspection and evaluation of area. As per Jeff's request, we contacted the Home Office sharing what had occurred, requested their services and an estimate for work to be performed. Michelle, the customer services specialist was extremely warm, attentive, sympathetic and professional. She completely understood the urgency of our situation, necessity to action quickly due to the most recent weather activity with the Tri-State area and stated would follow up with owner Jeff and to expect his call directly. As Michelle stated, Jeff contacted us within 15 minutes of the end of conversation. At the conclusion of our discussion, he stated an initial evaluation would be performed by him personally and estimate for required services provided at the earliest opportunity. True to his word, not only did he perform the initial evaluation within a most timely manner but the estimate provided which included stump removal from the property was most fair. Additionally, due to the importance and urgency to address, he adjusted his personal schedule to accommodate us. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to utilize JR Tree Services due to a miscommunication between providers and another vendor was selected. In closing, I highly recommend JR Tree Services to perform all your tree maintenance and removal services. I will personally utilize their services in the near future as necessary. "Double Tree is Awesome. Eddy  is amazing in the
tree. He took down a very large pine tree that was breaking my driveway
and ground the stump. His crew cleaned my entire front yard of sticks,
leaves and pine needles. They even cleaned the driveway, walkway and
front porch. My yard looks beautiful now. They are friendly, knowledgable, professional
 and caring as if the trees were their own.I recommend them to everyone,
