"John and his assistant arrived on time. They were courteous, freindly, and professional in every way. My sister and 94-year-old mother were delighted with them. Despite not knowing what brand or model doors needed repair - I couldn't find an identification plate - John had all the parts needed on his truck to fix both doors. They spent 2-1/3 hours fixing the sliding glass door and sliding screen door. The repairs were done perfectly. These doors haven't operated this well since they were installed ~25 years ago.
