"I called the company on 10/15 and an appointment was made for 9 am on 10/20. Mr Olvera and one helper arrived at exactly 9 am and I showed him what was broken. Sprinkler heads along the front curb were too high (put in by city after curbs were replaced) and 2 had been broken by lawn mower. Another sprinkler head near a tree was being blocked by roots. Two sprinkler heads in the back yard were stopped up. Mr Olvera and his helper completed the work in 1 hour."

"The salesman came out within about 10 minutes of my call.  He gave me an estimate which I approved and we set an appointment to begin the work.  He was very professional.  I was pleased he also brought with him a Certificate of Liability.  However, they are NOT bonded as indicated on Angie's List.   He also told me they did have a 5% senior citizen's discount which is not mentioned on Angie's List either.  The crew was supposed to arrive between 7:30 and 8:00  in the morning.   I am retired and don't usually get up that early so I set the alarm for 7:00.  The salesman called about 8:45 or 9:00 and said they had a crew problem and asked if it would be alright if they came around 11:30 or 12:00.  I told them that would be OK however they actually didn't show up until about 2:00.   Once they started the work, they did a wonderful job.  They brought a wood chipper and cleaned everything .  You couldn't tell they had even been here.  I was also pleased they used pruning paint on those larger branches that were removed."
