He asked about the product I provided, did research on it on his own. He started and finished when he said he would. His team did an amazing professional job on my relatively small project. "Very well. They are not cheap, but you do get what you pay for and they did take care of me during the whole Holiday Season. I will be using them again this year. Two weeks after they installed the lights they came round one evening just to check everything looked good - I didn't even ask them and I was very pleased to see such attentive care. "My wife and I had a few smallish projects to do in the house and we decided to get them done with this electric company that we found on Angie's List. After one false start with trying to contact them (didn't hear back from them, which was fine because we got busy anyways) I tried again and got it touch with Dave, who was easy to work with. We got into a good routine of communicating via email, which was easy for me. For some reason he didn't want to give me an estimate on-site, but he was reasonably prompt about getting it to me by email. One thing I greatly appreciated was his willingness to suggest cheaper options and to pare back his own work. We wanted an extra wire run through the wall and ceiling so that our ceiling fans could be run on 2 separate switches (one fan one light), but he recommended RF boxes in the wall with buttons. Cheaper, and pretty straightforward - I could easily do the work myself. He was happy to scratch it all from the list and save me a lot of money. We did still have them out to install three recessed lights, however. A work crew (not Dave) came out to install the lights, and they did a good job. Looks great, materials were top-notch and the finished project is perfect. They were quick and clean, too, covering over furniture while they worked above it."

"My experience with Mike at Arbor View was positive from the beginning. I solicited bids from three highly rated landscapers on Angie's list. Although my call to Arbor View went to voicemail (Mike was working on a job at the time), Mike returned the call the same day and scheduled a visit to provide the estimate within a couple of days - by far the fastest of any of the firms. He arrived promptly as scheduled and listened and gave me valuable suggestions/feedback as we reviewed what I wanted. He followed up with a detailed quote the following day. Unfortunately the other folks I called were less responsive, and it took me about two weeks to gather the remaining quotes. When all was said and done Arbor View quoted the best price, and Mike was the the one I felt most comfortable working with. When I called to schedule the job, Mike told me he could do it in a couple of weeks, depending on the weathers' impact on his schedule and said he would contact me before coming out that week. Sure enough, on Wednesday of the promised week, Mike called and told me he'd be there mid-morning the following day. When he came by we adjusted the scope of work slightly and changed the quantity of plants to be installed. Once again, Mike was flexible and accommodating and began work removing the old landscaping immediately. Throughout the process Mike was professional, accommodating and communicated effectively and thoroughly. Although the work was just completed yesterday, I can say that I am pleased with the outcome and experience, and have no doubt I will be treated fairly in the event any issues arise. I highly recommend Arbor View for any landscape installation needs"

"John came to our home to give us an estimate on the landscape lights on June 24 and did a very nice job expaining what he would suggest.  He took the time to get to know us on a personal level and we agreed to proceed with the plan that he outlined.  When he left he told me that it would probably early the following week before he could do the job.  The very next morning we received a call from John asking if they could come out on Wednesday, June 25 to install the lights.  We were excited to get such a quick response and told him to come on out.  John and his assistant came out and completed the job in about 5 hours time.  That evening, my wife and I, along with her brother and his wife, enjoyed the new landscape lights.  John and his assistant did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the new look we have with our new trees and lighting on our patio."

"I called Mr. Soto on Monday morning and he called me back within a few hours.  The only advise I would give to him is to set up his voicemail on his phone.  I wasn't sure if I reached the correct person. We set up an appt. on Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and I then explained what I wanted done. I also mentioned some other issues that I wanted to address in the future(installing of additional lighting) that he discussed with me in detail and provided me a quote. He then left to get the required parts and returned and completed the projects. Mr. Soto takes his time and it is obvious that he takes pride in his workmanship! I will be using him again.
