Johnny R. came out, got a call and text 30 minutes before arrival as promised (arrived 15 min early, and right at the start of the promised AM window), friendly and super courteous, professional, diagnosed the problem right away (tree root clogging drainage line to the street, backing up drains into the yard), ran power hoses from street to all drains, cleared the blockages, demonstrated wide open flow. "Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart.
