"We heard water leaking behind our kitchen cabinets. We shut the main valve off that Tim had previously installed with our new water heater. I left him a message very late in the evening and he called right away the next morning. He asked me to turn the main on and then turn off the shut off valve to the water heater, which he previously installed as well. This came in very handy. He was able to figure the leak was on the hot water line. They located the leak by cutting an access hole in the kitchen cabinet and fixed the bad t-connect quickly. Tim and his partner are very nice people. Best plumbers I've ever dealt with. Great work, great service, neat and reasonable pricing. You can't go wrong with American Plumbing! A+"

Most of all, the quote given up front was honored even though after picking up the unit, the cost was higher. This meant so much to me that Mike G he would still hold the original price and "eat" the additional cost. This is rare in today's world. I had 4 other estimates from "big box" plumbers in this area and they were extremely high. After speaking with Mike G yesterday, his price was considerably lower than all others who were obviously trying to rip me off. This was not the case with USA Plumbing. He seemed more interested in pleasing the customer by providing affordable prices and prompt attention to the issue, which in turn produces customer satisfaction and for me, that's exactly the case! "The 1st guy showed up with no tools drained 100 gallon's of rusty water on my driveway! He didn't check the elements. Ordered new ones for a 25 year old water heater which was rusted out on the bottom band. 2nd time he came out he couldn't get the elements out to replace them because of all the rust. So I was w/o hot water again. So the Company had to order a new water heater. Another repairman came out and installed it. This one didn't work so again no hot water unreal! So another Plumbing Company had to be called in to repair the new water heater Parlier installed. I would never call them out for anything. I told the 1st guy that the water heater was rusted out the one that came out with no tools and had to borrow my husbands tools. If he would have checked the element he would have seen how rusty they where. It was no way possible to get the old element out. The water heater was rusted out inside no repairing it."
