"Armored Roofing of Sun City underestimated my roofing job by 48 percent then started the process of placing a lien on my house a week after the job was finished when we protested . they never contacted me about the added expense during the job. I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. I am in my 70s in poor health . I am having a hard time with this, Update, I received a letter today of notice of a lien."
