"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. I will be using Roca and his work crew again."

"We use Steve's Lawn and Landscaping for our weekly yard maintenane and also for snow removal. Their service is EXCELLENT, FAIR PRICED, RELIABLE, and PROFESSIONAL. Their crew is always here as scheduled for our lawn maintenance in the spring, summer, and fall. And this year we were battered with alot of snow and their crew has beeb great with their timely response to our house (on a route) and even come late into the night (after snow stops) if necessary. They plow our driveway which has a steep upward slope and they also clear ALL of our walkways, decks, and entry areas with shovels and ice melt. Their crew is fast and efficient. Once or twice out of more than 10 times, I believe I had to call them back to re-do or complete an area (due to new crew not knowing our property) and they came right back out quickly and completed. "The workers brought new sliding to install in the areas of the soffit that had panels missing.  The siding was shorter in length that the panels in the soffit.  The workers had to borrow my ladder to get to the roof.  I happened to have the 5 panels that were found in the yard after a storm and suggested they use these panels for the soffit.  The workers were able to use those panels and screwed them into the support structure for the soffit.  It took them about an hour to reinstall the panels.
