"Julio responded promptly, coming out to give me an estimate that afternoon. He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) He took down the split maple safely, without touching my neighbor's shed, and removed all the debris, including some branches that weren't part of the tree's being taken down. "Trevor and his crew showed up at exactly the time they said they would arrive to start the work. They asked where I would like the wood stacked before starting the job and asked if I had any special requirements before they began. They stacked the logs perfectly and professionally in the spot I designated for them before they began. They cleaned up all the little pieces of wood from my yard and driveway before leaving the job. They were very polite and courteous throughout the whole process. Trevor even asked me if I wanted some logs he found under my hedges cut up side he noticed them while cleaning up - I totally forgot about the logs and greatly appreciated the fact he noticed them and asked to split them before leaving.
