"Worst professional ever. After one year, took to small claims court and the California State Licensing Board. They made him come back and complete the job. Steve, owner, left bald spots, lakes where ground not leveled and rocky and he did not bring in the dirt as promised. CSLB made him correct the problem. He promises the moon and dumps on his underlings. "
