"The whole precess went very smoothly. Brian O'Neill from Viola Roofing came out (this was Fall 2018), went up on the roof, and gave me the best (lowest) estimate of the three contractors I called. He is a straight shooter. Since the weather was mild, his crew was able to remove the old roof and install the new one in mi-January of 2019. I requested that they also look at a minor gutter problem while the work was ongoing, and Brian had it fixed for no additional charge! It's now been a year and the roof is holding up great and looks great too. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again the next time I need a contractor."

"I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my excellent experience with Lifetime Roofing. Kyle came in person, discussed the job (with an impressive overlay presentation of the GAF roofing materials), and helped work out a schedule. He was clean-cut, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. Lifetime Roofing was able to accommodate our need for a prompt roofing date, and we had our house and garage roofing finished within two weeks of that first meeting. Kyle was quick to respond to all emails, and did everything he promised exactly as promised. We were never left hanging or wondering if the job would happen as planned. The roofing materials were delivered the day before. The dumpster was in place bright and early on the roofing day. The roofing crew arrived on time, and even though it was a brutally 90+-degree hot August day, they were able to strip the one layer of old roof and install the new roof on both house and garage all in one day. They were a terrific team (men AND women): very competent, respectful, and VERY hard-working. They had the whole job done before 6pm, including a very thorough clean-up. I was totally pleased with the whole project. The roof looks terrific. Our neighbors were impressed. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. With any roofing job, I think you have to expect some stray nails and messy chaos during the process. But I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the roofing crew. They had an efficient, clear system, and worked beautifully together. They left everything as tidy as reasonably possible. "Jim came out promptly. Our roof is only 5 years old and we have a leak. The installer said it was fascia and not his roof. Jim climbed up and took photos to show me a cut shingle with exposed nail about where the leak is. He said the fascia looked fine. He calked that area. Fingers crossed. The job was complicated as structural repairs were needed and a skylight replacement. Not a problem at all. Cleanup was amazing. My yard looked better than before they arrived. "We just had a new roof installed on our home and garage. They were at our home at 7am ready to go and stayed until the project was complete! Eric is very easy to deal with and the foreman Mike was here with the employees all day. They were very friendly and very accommodating to even to the "special" requests I had. They did an outstanding job! When the job was done my yard looked amazing they cleaned up so well, other than seeing my amazing new roof you wouldn't have even known they were here! "It was a three-day effort that required the removal of a very large old bow window. They needed to remove and re-install the aluminum siding. Sean did an excellent job talking through the options in advance and explaining the process. I think I could have found someone to do it cheaper, but I don't believe they would have been as professional or thorough.  <br /> While doing the work they were very attentive to containing the dust and mess and explained how to paint the trim so it looked perfect in the end. When they were done, you would have never know there had been construction done either inside or outside. All of the people on-site were very pleasant and were great about asking for clarification on things when appropriate. <br /> While not complicated it was good that Sean took the time to walk through how the windows tilt and tips for keeping them in good working order. He also walked through all the work with me and asked about any questions or concerns. The end product looks fantastic. <br />"
