We initially went with them because the estimate of 1k lower than others. After some discussion they verbally committed to working within our budget which was several hundred dollars below the estimate. On paving day they pushed hard for 1k payment over initial estimate due to added material expense. Feel that they lowballed the estimate to win business - advise getting price guarantees in advance."
