They were very responsive from the first - worked with me on getting what I needed done within a reasonable cost, kept contact throughout so I knew what was going on, and did a professional and flawless job. Their crew was polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They also followed up with requests I made for additional paperwork to satisfy my lender (a condition of the loan was that peeling paint be repaired within 30 days). I graded them 'B' for the price because I believe I could have had it done cheaper - but certainly not better, and certainly not within the time constraints I gave them.
