"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"Rick did an awesome, A+ job on replacing my existing sliding closet doors and installing a new closet door in the master bedroom! He frequently communicated, provided a great price comparatively, and did an above-expected quality job. He also does patio doors, and if I had any, I would certainly hire him to repair and/or replace!"

I am doing a renovation of a duplex and after my first contractor experience decided to do the next apartment myself. It took longer than expected and I need to finish installing doors and a few other items. I hired another contractor to install the doors and he did a horrible job. I was skeptical about hiring someone else but didn't have a choice. Al and Al Sr. came over and were able to redo the poor job that the previous contractor did. "David added a beautiful shower to our basement area (took care of everything), created a wall and custom made a beautiful door for the utilities area, made a doggy door and helped us put together a small fenced in area with pet turf in our backyard. He takes care of his customers very well and gives them itemized receipts so you know what you are spending on. Not only does he make sure things function as they should, but keeps the esthetics in mind and does a great job at whatever he does! He gives you good suggestions and finds things that are reasonably priced for your projects. Overall, his service is OUTSTANDING. I have already recommended him to two of my friends and we wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend him to others as well. We could not have asked for anyone better. Thanks David!"
