"I was extremely pleased with Diabiase HVAC and the work they did.  I researched many companies to replace my HVAC and hot water heater.  When I called Joe DiBiase, he immediately answered and was there that night to provide an estimate.  He was very good at listening to what we needed and providing an estimate for exactly what we wanted.  He worked with the Keystone HELP loan program and even provided the rebates and tax credit info that was available for each product.  His estimate was very fair and competitive.  I was able to schedule the work within a week or two (our current system was not broke, just very old).  He did quality work and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done.  Everything looks very neat too.  He was always professional and responsive to all my questions.  I can't say enough about this company, I would highly recommend them."

"Amazing!!! Quick and easy. Rob also looked at our water heater system without us even asking and gave other suggestions for maintenance and possible problems that could potentially arise in the future. Very helpful."

"Brennan was very professional, helpful and friendly. He has done some other repairs at my home and I have always liked the work he completed. I had an electric tankless water heater installed for the whole house...so far it has been good."

"Patrick and Adam came to my house to fix a leaking tankless electric water heater. They could not fix. I wasn't happy with the performance so Patrick recommended a gas vented water heater. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. Jason came to assist. Cleaned up nice crew. I would highly recommend them."

"I looked requested quotes from several plumbers to have our water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater. One of the companies just gave a quote for a after having me take photos of the existing water heater, and the quote was for simply a replacement, not what I wanted. Another company came out after several days and said it would be awhile before they could do it because they were so busy. This was two weeks ago. Still no quote. Jon from Delaware Plumbing Professionals was out the morning after the day we called and after looking at what we had, gave us a quote right then. We waited a bit for the other quotes, and decided to go with Delaware Plumbing Professionals. Jon and his apprentice, Nick, were here as scheduled and got the job done. The installation took quite a while, but is very nicely done. They covered the floor and were careful to not make a mess. Now I have lots of hot water. Once the installation was done, Jon showed me where all the shutoff valves and controls for the water heater were. I'm very happy with the job they did. I've used this company before for a faucet replacement on an Angie's List deal and was happy with it as well. It was one reason why I decided to go with them again. I really like that just before they arrive, you get both an email and a text message telling you they are on the way, and both include a photo of the person coming, so you know who to expect and are comfortable letting them in the door. It's just an added safety measure that adds to my satisfaction."

"Replaced water heater same day."

"Good communication, very pleasant, quick service. Don was extremely helpful and easy to work with, even after i picked out the wrong type of replacement water heater and he had to return it! Would use again."

"I have a maintenance contract. Today Fabian came out. He was very thorough. He spent two hours at my condo performing all kinds of tests. Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home. My husband had CHF and COPD so I was specifically interested in the ways I can help his breathing better. I believe in todayâ s environment itâ s difficult for companies to get really good employees. This young man , 20, had a great work ethic and a bright future. Very pleased with the service I have received. Thank you Harris."
