"I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother.
