"Prior to installation of new gutters, replaced original water-damaged hardboard fascia and plywood soffits in 2800 square foot single level house built in 1993. Also repaired dry rot in roof structure in a few spots. Caulked and painted new fascia and soffits in original colors. Crew was organized, friendly, efficient, and meticulous in all aspects of the work. Final cost was higher than the original estimate, due to some unforeseen soffit damage, difficulty in removing disintegrating hardboard, and repairing dry rot, but reasonable and appropriate given the additional time, effort, and materials required"

The guys made sure to close the gates as they worked so my dogs would not escape and they thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. "Replaced deteriorated exterior siding where needed, installed several new double pane windows, replaced old carpeting with new hardwood floors, coordinated subcontractors for electrical repairs and interior house painting. All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Cody's quality management. He inspected all work by his team as well as the subcontractors to verify that the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. "Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."
