"My roof was damaged by high wind and several shingles were missing. While examining the house to write up the estimate, the foreman described one area with potential for serious leakage. I had some left over shingles and he patched the roof immediately at no cost. I was very grateful during the heavy rain later that night. Once the work began, I noticed the crew members were professional craftsmen in every respect. They were curteous, friendly, and respectful. The work they performed was perfect. On the second day, the foreman noted my roof on the back side of the house had a slightly raised ridge in one area. He explained how that could be repaired so the roof would lie flat. I authorized the repair and the small extra cost was worth it. Also, one of the crew members was cutting the bottom edges of the siding on the chimney and "eyebrows" above the 2nd floor windows to install flashing.
