They had to come back the next day to finish. They did not fix the gate as I requested and had to ask multiple times for them to come back and finish the job. They were dishonest about scheduling several times but the work was eventually done properly."

"We have used Paramount in the past and were pleased with the service. Not this time. I called to have someone come out to give an estimate of reseating two posts that had heaved over the winter affecting a gate. At the same time I requested an estimate to replace a lower rail that had been broken by workmen in our neighbor's yard. I asked that the estimate for the rail to be separated so I could show it to the neighbors for payment. The separate price for the broken rail was $550 because they would have to remove and reset two posts. My neighbor thought that was excessive and I should have believed him. When the workmen came they reset the two gate posts without any issue. Then they replaced the rail without having to do any post resetting. When I called they offered me a $75 refund. So replacing the rail cost me $475. The total job was a little over $1400 which I had to pay in advance. I will never use Paramount again."

Jim & his son are horrible business owners, & needs to be shut down. Will not recommend them. Ask me for pictures, I can show you the BS work that they do."
