"It was a quick response. He came to the house within a couple hours of me calling him. He looked at the equipment and gave a good estimate and convinced me to go with new equipment. Because the quality of the product and his warranty is excellent. It has a 6 year warranty. He inspected all the duct work. He reattached ducts that needed secured. He checked the plumbing, the outside drain to make sure there wouldn't be any water coming into the ceiling. This was all included in the price. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and kept my house clean while he was working. He cleaned up well, no mess-no tools laying around at all.
