"I would rate them higher than 5 stars if that was an option. Trey and Mitch came out to do an estimate and put a temporary patch to cover the hole in the roof without delay. The hole was right over my disabled sonâ s bedroom and we had been getting a lot of rain; a large part of the ceiling had fallen in on his bed. They carefully inspected our roof - it was bery bad and we knew it - went over our options and presented their recommendations . They helped us find financing and went way above and beyond our expectations to make sure our roof was replaced quickly and efficiently, and with excellence. The whole neighborhood turned out to watch the roof replacement. Their team was impressive. They worked amazingly fast, and when they were finished they left no debris behind. The job site was so clean the only sign they were ever there was the new roof, which is beautiful! We have since had a couple of bad storms and, I failed to mention, there are three huge oak trees looming over our house. "Had a home shingle roof and flat pool patio roof replaced last year, and some solar tubes installed at the same time. All has been good so far. Covered the AC, plants and some of the lawn. Did a clean job except for too many leftover old and new nails hidden in the lawn. They did a magnet sweep twice but I ultimately had to use my own purchased magnet sweeper to get about a half quart bag full of nails."

"When I started looking into getting my roof replaced, I had about 10 different companies come out to give me estimates. Ridge Top sent out Chris and right away I felt like they were the right ones for the job. He clearly told me every detail. He answered every single one of my questions. After that meeting, he followed up with me through text and email. Once we made our decision, he came over asap and called my insurance company with me right there. It was a 5 minute phone call. And the process was started. I had absolutely nothing to do with the insurance. Chris handled every bit of it. Every back and forth communication with the insurance company. He also was here and on the roof with the insurance company's inspector. A week later we were approved for the full price of the roof. All we had to pay was the deductible. We were on the schedule very quickly. The crew immediately set to work. After 6 hours, they were done! They removed the old roof and replaced it entirely new in 6 hours! Everything was all cleaned up too. No mess and not a single nail. The boss walked us around the perimeter and answered all questions. Chris was there with a big smile on his face (see the last picture!). It has been over a year and we have not had a single issue with our new roof.
