"Tim showed up on time and did an AMAZING job. Our basement and the stairs leading to the basement were filthy. They have never been cleaned in 20 years. "The A Plus sales rep was very helpful in helping select the proper carpet material for the application. The sales rep that provided the quote did a very thorough job anticipating the cuts required to complete the installation. The installation team arrived on the agreed upon day at the agreed upon time. The installation team worked very hard tearing out the old carpet and thresholds. They then did an excellent job cutting and stretching the new carpet. I was very pleased with the finished product. I would say that A plus prices are competitive, but not necessarily the lowest. The extra money provides insurance that the company will provide high quality goods, high quality workmanship and will stand behind their work."
