"JMT construction was the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. From the quote process which was short, sweet and to the point. It only took about 20 minutes for the quote and Jim explained everything. Other quotes we got from national brands took 2+ hours and were not as informative. The quote was very reasonable and was so much cheaper than other companies for the same windows!! Jim explained everything and was extremely diligent with communication. He would always notify us when he was on his way and when he was done for the day and what the next step was. He answered all my questions and concerns. The work was done quickly, in a professional manner, and they did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the job. Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim did not. He ordered new windows and put them in as soon as they arrived, at no additional cost or inconvenience. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters. Jim offered to repair the damage at an amazing price and it was done to perfection. I would hire JMT to do work on any of my properties."

"He harassed me he threatened me with his attorney he came over after he just got in a motorcycle accident and couldn't work, and he had a Mexican worker working on my house for woodwork, But I hired him for the painting services, and he went away on vacation for 5 days. When he came back from vacation. He started repainting my bedroom and he goes well. They didn't have the best rules for painting. And I'm like well, if there were your employees? and you say you do professional painting? why don't they have professional tools? They have like old paint brushes that they had washed out. They didn't have new equipment to do my walls. They peed all over my floor and just left it. No responsibility, no equipment after the job and James is the one that destroyed my table. He says stop blaming Danny I said I blame you for bringing Danny over here to paint with his uninsured wife. He charged me full price. The job is not finished, He did destroy my house, my dining table and left scratch on it. They destroyed my kitchen ceiling. They did not finish the job and walked away with my money. They are totally unprofessional, and they don't have insurance on their employees."
