"I hired Richard to trim all of the trees and shrubs in my yard. I landscaped over 30 yedars ago and the place just became overgrown and large areas of lawn died eventually due to a lack of sun. After getting in contact with Richard he was able to schedule me in immediately. His price was very reasonable for the time it took him to complete the work. He had all of the necessary equipment, included a "cherry picker" for topping the trees and trimming the higher up branches. He also removed a large tree and then used his stump remover. His guys were very professional and after all of the work was done they raked the entire yard to make sure all of the clippings were cleaned up and then at the end, they even hosed off the driveway. Because we were having a family get together on Easter Sunday, Richard and his crew came out that day to finish up. Not many professionals that I've found would follow up with that level of service. I would definitely recommend Ott Tree Services without any reservations. He's professional, knows what he's doing and goes the extra mile. You couldn't ask for better service."

"Joshua set an appointment and was very punctual, I had multiple jobs that required visiting additional sites. He was very pleasant and engaging. I explained what I needed, he immediately started describing in detail what and how he would be able to remove the branches, identifying what would be best to avoid repeating the process in the near future. I appreciated his insight and agreed with his recommendations. I asked questions, he didnà ¢à  à  t avoid any question or give me options that would cost me additional money, which is always appreciated. His bid was very fair and gave me a timeframe. He was patient with me when I told him I had additional bids to receive, he understood and remained positive, letting me know he would be happy to help after I received and reviewed the other bids. I selected Joshua of the jobs, he showed up on time, proceeded to work immediately, being careful not to damage or destroy anything. He cleaned up all the debris, leaving each site clean, this included sweeping the debris off my roof. I appreciate those who understand and identify how they would proceed, keeping a pleasant attitude and not trying to talk down to me or tell me what to do, rather having a discussion, exchanging perspectives and coming to a conclusion, finding the best options, this is what my experience with Josh was like. Afterwards, he helped my understand how to maintain the work that was accomplished, taking care of the trees I would be happy to recommend Joshua, Harper Tree Works to anyone in need of any tree service and when I need additional assistance."
