"I had a garden shed that needed a new roof. I was relieved anyone was even interested in a small job. This was the lowest bid and they had good reviews. I checked BBB and L and I websites. On time and worked hard."

"Got an estimate beginning of may. 8 weeks later after putting half down his crew showed up late. First Shay decided I needed more work. An extra $3k was approximated and I asked for estimate emailed. Estimate was $9k more. I rejected the change 4 separate communications and monday morning his crew showed up late tearing up the roof for additional work. I called Shay and stated I rejected change and he told me I must pay extra to restore the roof or he pulls the crew with roof open. Finally rew gets tge roof done after a progress payment was made using my debit leaving $2k left. I went to buy a cashier check for PAID IN FULL final payment and found 1st Choice had gone ahead without my authorization. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I cannot stress this enough! I have never had a contractor curse me out!!!"

"Anthony & his wife showed up same day & sealed the driveway pronto. I also needed some roof repair on a flat entry porch & detached garage. Both had drainage issues for which we agreed on a course of action. He offered to do everything for $7,000. "And I'll throw in the driveway" he said. The contract was e-mailed to us & returned with a digital signature. After many broken dates, his crew of 2 guys finally got the porch roof done in 2 visits. That took a month to accomplish. I had already paid for the driveway ($785) because it was, after all, work that was done. Anthony then wanted a check for $7,400. I stupidly paid this in good faith thinking that things would work out according to contract. I looked at it again and noticed the total was for $6850 tax included. He argued against doing the garage which is on the contract. It got done. The work done on the porch is not according to contract & does not solve the issue. He refuses to inspect the work. Absolutely unprofessional."

"If your blood pressure is unnaturally low, and you are in absolutely no hurry for the work to be done, and you enjoy working with companies that ignore you for weeks on end-- by all means, call these guys! Very poor communication, and their scheduling promises are worthless. After months of delays, we had many tense phone calls (all made by us--they never called), pointedly asking when they would be here. They started trying to guilt us by saying they would have to reschedule other jobs (were these new jobs, or jobs for clients who had been waiting longer than the 4 months we did...?) and finally arrived to reroof our house. It took them a couple ( non-consecutive) days, but the roof looked a little unfinished, and they left power cables just draped around the guttering. Another call to ask if they were coming back-- dispatcher now openly snarky. Eventually, Don came back to see what we were talking about and ended up spending hours here (we could see him on the Ring) fixing what the crew had left. The roof looks fine now, but the neighbors who recommended them are horrified that their company was so difficult. Not the neighbors' fault-- it sounds like standards have definitely slipped at United Roofing Solutions."

"Everyone was professional and efficient - from sales to installment to follow up. I was thoroughly impressed! Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."

"Had a rep come to assess whether we might need windows replaced based on age (35 yrs). Rep was not informative. Did a very cursory look at windows, said we had "stuff" growing on the top of window frame and was likely in the wall as well. No way he could see the top of the window without a ladder. I looked this morning from a ladder, and the tops are perfectly clean except for a bit of dust. Obviously a scare tactic sales pitch to unknowing folks. I also asked about the R-value of their replacement windows and he had no idea. In fact there is not even any info on R-value on their website. Very clear to me that there was not going to be any useful examination of the condition of the existing windows and rationale for their replacement. I would be unlikely to use this company based on my one-time experience."

"Excellent. THEY GAVE A FAIR ESTIMATE AND STAYED WITHIN THAT QUOTE. THE COMPANY CAME WITH ALL THEY EQUOPME.T THEY NEEDED. THE WERE CAREFUL TO PROTECT THE HOUSE AND GROUNDS DUEING DEMOLOTION AND ADDING THE NEW ROOF. THEY WERE QUICK AND ACCURATE. THE ROOD LOOKS EXCELLENT. THEY CLEANED UP AND LEFT OUR PROPERTY VERY PRISTINE. THE STAFF WERE QUIET, NON-INTRUSICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN"
