"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. First, Eric came to look at our old door and then asked exactly what we wanted and recommended some options after our discussion. Eric then passed us over to Wendy, who was super charismatic, easy to get a hold of, and even communicated door hardware options on specific styles as well as paint color. She offered different styles of door handles and kept us abreast of the installers schedule. For our deck project, which involved replacing the decking, building new rails, and fixing several structural issues, we got five bids from recommended or highly rated companies. We ultimately went with Martin Building Enterprize and could not be happier. Working with them was on all accounts an excellent choice and we will call them again for future projects. Terence, the owner, was remarkably transparent about every aspect of the project: cost of materials, cost of labor, when hiccups happened (as they inevitably do in construction work) he was precise about when and how things would be handled and at what cost. Their bid on the project was competitive or slightly under other companies. The quality of the craftmenship was excellent. Kyle, the primary person overseeing our project, did a great job and found fixes to several unforeseen issues. We now have a beautiful composite deck that looks like new, which is sturdier, safer, and more useful to our family. An altogether excellent service experience."

A couple weeks later we had an emergency outside wall that needed a temporary patch job-(a woodpecker had broken through in several spots) Auland covered the holes for us. "They have now done two separate jobs on different occasions. Jobs consisted of preparing a floor for carpeting after a animal had ruined the previous carpet and wood. Also fixed my front door which was a little crooked so it stuck. I then called them back for drywall work after I had redid my plumbing. Excellent, professional work for both jobs. Well priced. Went above and beyond. Was also very nice and great to talk to. All around great work that I recommend. And I know we will have other projects for this company."
