Prior to the appointment, Douglas advised me to purchase replacement motors only rather than buy new exhaust fans when I discussed the issue with him. This was consistent with what I had researched online and discussed with a hardware store employee. Saved time, money, and the headache of having to repair and paint the ceiling. "The work that was done was on a rental house that we own. Since we do not live in that state, we have yet to stop by and view the work ourselves. We had hoped to stop by prior to sending in our review, but realize that time is going by. However, our tenant who is a very long term tenant, as well as very discerning, has sent us pictures and has stated that he felt it was a good job. Also, the fact that when he quoted the job he indicated that he could not give a definite price for the exterior wall that had dry rot in it until he removed that part of the wall to see if there was more damage than could be seen by looking at it prior to removal. When we got the invoice Jack had indicated that there was no further damage behind the exterior wall and that the price quoted was what we were to pay. Thus, we feel he has done an excellent job and is also very honest. We will definitely have him do any further repairs that are needed at our rental. Another thing that impressed us was that he was very busy when we first contacted him and told us that he probably would not be able to get to the job for a couple months. However, he made time to meet with us at the house when we were in town to give us a quote and he completed the job before we expected. Again, we definitely will have him work for us again!!"

"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

He listened to all of our requirements for our new deck to replace the old deck, did the design exactly as specified and handled submitting the design and obtaining the permit from the city. Throughout the permit process Scott handled getting inspections completed for each stage including the final approval. Our deck is a two level deck connected by a staircase. It included new footings and also other cement work around an adjacent hot tub. We went with the composite decking and couldn't be happier with the quality of the materials used not just for the decking but for the structure itself and the railings.
