"First phase:  Sprinklers.  My sprinkler system had been damaged/broken by overgrown redwood trees (which were subsequently removed by another company) in front and back yard. <strong>Bolles Nursery</strong> returned my call within 2 days and came out to give an estimate.  This was a big job and part way through, they called to let me know that it would cost more to complete the job. I wasn't overly surprised as much of the damage/work was not visible during the initial estimate.  Handled it very professionally by letting me know in advance that they could stay within the budget (and do a little less) or finish the job at the adjusted cost.  I opted for the complete job and was very happy with the work.  They did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.   <br /> I intend on finishing the backyard with sod and landscaping the garden around the pool and yard.  When I got the original estimate, they were very understanding that I would have to do the work in phases.  I will be calling the company back regarding the second phase - putting down sod.   <br /> <br />"
