"<p>Tommy's crew of 3 performed the job, not Tommy.  </p> <p>The ceiling fan installation and electrical went pretty smooth. Stevie worked very hard to make the light fixture level with the Hunter fan that I had purchased. The master bath exhaust fan also went well. The main bathroom had some issues. When drilling inside the wall for electrical the bit hit a firewall and jumped which caused an unforeseen hole in the wall. Tommy was great and agreed to have the hole/drywall repaired by one of the crew guys as well as matching the paint, as the past owner didn't leave paint for touch ups. </p> <p>The hole for the exhaust fan was cut a little too large causing a gap  between the fan housing and the attic so insulation started falling through. I did ask about this and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. My friend and I added flashing around the fan housing to correct the situation.</p> <p>Tip: Tell them Up Front if you want the instructions/warranty or leftover items from the boxes that the fixtures come in, as well as your original fixtures.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p>Clean up could have been better.</p> <br />"

"We started using Mike a year ago and things worked out well.  In recent visits however work completed had to be reworked and his cooler service was not complete.  Cooler pads were not changed out, nor the pan or water pumps cleaned, which should have been done as a complete service. <br /> We have asked for keys to the units to be returned back three times and have not received a response to date.  We even asked to have them returned to the property management in the same city to make it easy and we still have not received back the keys. We are  disappointed."

"Excellent work!  I would not call it "handyman" effort - Mr. Samuel performed total "construction" work to my kitchen.  It doesn't look the same. <br /> <br /> 1.  I had one main light in the kitchen.  He RAISED the ceiling, added 12 recessed lights and two ELECTRICAL outlets that control <br /> all lights - rows - in 3 different options. <br /> <br /> 2.  Installed an island for cooking prep, with adequate storage spaces, and electrical units on each end of the island!!  <br /> <br /> 3.  Installed floor tiling and refinished cabinets and doors. <br /> <br /> 4.  Kitchen sink, disposal, and  faucets installed. <br /> <br /> DON'T >> I tried to get him to take a break and he stay persistent and diligent to accomplish the tasks at hand.  He was definitely <br /> underBID and I didn't mind paying him more...  So ecstatic of the results and have made several referrals to see other clients! <br /> <br /> 5.  He was so professional, mannerable and clean.  Never had to go behind him to tidy up."
