"The Air Medic crew (2 guys) showed up on time and worked efficiently on our furnace ducting to clean out rodent droppings and everything else. They were professional and friendly. They replaced a section of ducting at my request. No hard sell. They spent the time necessary even though it put them over for their next cleaning. However, one part where they worked on a ducting junction was not done correctly and came loose. <br /> I called and talked to Todd, the owner. He scheduled a date to come up to Truckee and check out the break and the work done on the whole system. He fixed the break (I had done a temporary fix), checked that there was no evidence of more rodents, including the furnace itself, sealed up the system. As far as customer service goes, this was tops. He was gracious, didn't attempt to cover up the faults from the first effort, and made it all good, at no addtional cost, of course. Todd, as a hands-on owner, was great to deal with. <br /> We have the confidence that this is a company that will get the job done right, even, as in this case, it took a return trip. <br />"

"We recently moved into our house but waited to use the fireplace until it had been checked by a chimney sweep. The provider came to our house within a couple of hours of my call. A rival company had rescheduled twice over a period of three weeks but still failed to show up. Lee was courteous, fast and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing at every step. He recommended solutions but was never pushy. Happily our chimney didn't need cleaning. Lee demonstrated how a second damper had been incorrectly installed in our flue by a previous owner, and how removing it would eliminate our fireplace's smoking problem. We had him remove it and confirmed his solution that same evening by using our fireplace which performed beautifully. He also recommended that we add a spark arrestor on top of the chimney for safety, which we had him do. <br />"
