"I went to the office on Glendale to see if they could send someone out to help me with my chain link gate. I knew the gate hinges were tweaked but had no way to fix it. The gentleman said he wasn't sure what time next week an estimator could come out but then found an appointment the next day for me. The appointment was for 3 but Aaron was there at 2:30. We looked at the hinges and agreed they were the problem. He didn't think it was a big deal and then he asked me to get a hammer while he got a wrench. In less than ten minutes, he had tweaked the hinges back and the gate worked perfectly! He suggested I go to their yard and get a bigger drop rod receiver (the pipe in the ground that holds the gate latch in place), which I did. A giant weight was off my back--as it was, I couldn't open the gate and had to drive around to my second gate to get in and out of my yard. Aaron was professional, did not try to sell me something I didn't need or tell me the problem was worse than it was. I am older and had no one to help me with what turned out to be a minor issue. When a bigger issue comes up, I will be calling Tholl again. Great doing business with them."

A miscommunication occurred with debris removal, but when this issue was pointed out, a credit was applied immediately. I really like the electronic payment system that they offer as an option.
